Esewa Paypal service Down : Will it recover?

One of the Nepals first online transaction and shopping site Esewa seems to have failed in its Beta version. Esewa was providing a good means of transaction to Nepalese. As paypal cannot receive payments in Nepal people could use Esewa to transfer funds to Nepal via Paypal to Esewa service.

But its been about a month now that the service is down and there is no any updates of it being re-established. I only hope that the transaction from paypal to esewa weren't carried out without Paypal's recognition. Else why would it fail now?

Whatever may be the cause , Nepalese have lost the touch with the online market. Blame this Government, this economy system and our Backwardness in 21st Century. Why is Paypal not able to receive payments in our Country?

Although "Paypal" rhymes with "Nepal" it has listed Nepal in "Send Only" country which means you can send money worldwide via paypal but you cannot recieve any.
